Any chance I could get a copy?

I was asking about these units in another post.

My question: Can this be used with a multiroom controller (ie B&K CT600)?

Or just for a/v receivers with an extra zone or two?
...couple a thumb tacks and a stick of double sided tape should hold this baby up...

I jsut sat through the RTI training today. For most of it I was bored out of my mind because they covered very little I didnt already know. But to answer your question, yes, it can control a CT600.

Any more info on this?

Does it give feedback using RS232 polling of the multiroom system?
Can the keypads track volume and source etc?

Very curious about this piece.

I didn't check the web site for a few days. I didn't realize that the PDFs were now there. After the show they weren't so I requested they be emailed to me. Since they are downloadable now... getting rid of those emails...

I don't have anything more then what is now on the site. :(

Uh, Im not sure, because Im still pretty new to 232 and havent done any two way stuff yet. Im not even sure what you mean by polling. The key pads do show volume and source. I think the volume though is just led indicators for volume levels. Some how they use different film inserts on the small display for sources. I assume its something like the Elan Ole. They didnt have an example to see since its not out yet. I thought it was odd though that this new keypad retail $100 less than the 2, 4, and 8 button keypads.

The cut sheet says bidirectional 232.

I originally thought this was some kind of add on piece, but it looks like this is could be used in place of an RP-6.

Now how do I control Volume when the zone 2 line level is fixed. That new ATON piece would work but if you add up the pieces you can get into a 6 zone russound CAA or similar for the same or less $$$.

Its got less outputs than the RP-6 which I first thought was kind of odd. But then I realized with the XP8 coming out (maybe) this is the scaled down version of it.

I actually wouldn't mind a 'scaled down' version of the RP6, which this appears to be until you factor in the six ports for RKM-1s, which will probably lift the price back up to the level of the RP6 anyway.
Still, all in all, I think it will be a very good product.

But unlike the RP6 this piece has two way 232 communication
