Anyone have a cool keyboard design for a T3 perhaps for an Escient? I was thinking about a 320x240 design for stylus use with the remote turned sideways. I can make it myself but I would be willing to trade some of my graphic work to save some time (in the middle of numerous jobs with not enough time to get the programming done!)

Hey Troy,
I sent you some templates. They aren't very exciting but they get the job done.
I sent one in RS232 and the 2 others are IR.

Are you going to put some double sided tape on the stylus and slap it on the back of the T3? Are you really going to have a client have to turn the T3 sideways, dig out some stylus and have them try to hit a couple tiny buttons?

There's always someone who wants a full keyboard on a touch screen no matter how small, I always incorporate them into my templates. The funny thing is, I already made a full sideways keyboard for the T3 with a "flip" button to turn it 180 degrees for left or right handers.

Ok.... I give that a thumbs up!

Whether or not it gets used, you obviously spent time on it, and it looks great.
Well done.
...couple a thumb tacks and a stick of double sided tape should hold this baby up...

Any interest in a trade of some sort?

I have a client who wanted only handheld controllers so I am trying to provide as many features as possible. It is his issue how he wants to deal with the stylus. I could see some benefit especially if he sits down to edit tracks that do not load with any info. grab a stylus and save a little menu navigation time.

Not bad at all. :)

I was wasting my time trying to figure out how to do something similar. I kept thinking I am going to have to tilt the thing. Nice implementation.

My other idea was to work like the classic pronto keyboard that showed the whole board. Then when you tapped a section it would blow up / zoom in then you could hit the actual key. Never got around to doing it...
