Did anyone see the new processor and keypad at cedia, that are designed to work with AV receivers for multiroom apps?

I'm wondering if the keypads + processor could also be used with true multiroom controllers (ie B&K CT600 etc)
...couple a thumb tacks and a stick of double sided tape should hold this baby up...

I like that thing, plus the fact it has an ethernet port. It will be so nice to everything an IP address and just kick back on the couch. :) Oh yeah, and program...

Which processor and keypads are you talking about? Because you can already control a B&K with any of the RTI keypads and an RP6. Heck, I do it all the time with a URC MSC400 and any of their handheld remotes.

I'm talking about this:

[Link: remotecentral.com]

The RKM-1 and the MRP-64 (see near the bottom of the above link)

I did re-read the article and found this (about the keypads):

"Designed for multi-room audio control, the RKM-1’s open architecture provides the flexibility to control almost any multi-zone receiver or distributed audio system."

This could be a pretty cool addition to the line up and (hopefully) make RTI + B&K an even more powerful combo for us.

Give me a processor I can update remotely!!! please!

I can update the T4 in the office via a windows VPN.

For my next trick Brett gave me the specific ports that the lan transfers happen... so SSH with forward to local on putty. Well that is the next thing I was gonna try.

I have not yet tried doing an update via my linksys quick vpn... will report back if I get that to work.

What would just be the best thing ever.... IF I COULD LOAD THE NEW FILE TO THE PROCESSOR... THEN THE USB ON THE PROCESSOR COULD UPDATE THE REMOTES.

THAT WOULD BE SWEET!!!
