Tried in vain to get database codes to work this new 1080p set. HDMI1 from 2005 discretes worked one time, then the second time took you to tuner. Like a toggle from tuner to HDMI1. Finally came here to the discrete forum and copied about a dozen HDMI codes that were supposed to work and came up with one that did. In the whirlwind of hunting, I think that it was the codes from this thread that worked.

Sometimes the database hunting wears me out.

I found that it wont go to the input with discretes unless there is an active source feeding it

I could be wrong but was testing one in the office and didnt find discretes easily until I plugged in a tester (thanks Brent) and then it would allow me to select it

I am still looking for HDMI 3 for a FP-T5884 Plasma or something like that
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

I had an active input. It went to HDMI with the first code I tried. Press it again and it went to tuner. It was a toggle from HDMI 1 to tuner!!
