I had a client crack their LCD screen this morning. Here are the costs to repair:
T3 - $440
T4 - $1150

They will not mail the LCD piece for us to swap. it has to be mailed to RTI and there is about one week turnaround. Luckily, the remote still works fine.

and it was 440.00
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

The cracked T3 I sent in got an exchange in decent time.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

They aren't going to repair anything... they are going to upload the programming and swap it out.

Doesn't matter if the LCD is bad or if the remote has been broken in half.

I'll sell you my T3 for less than that if you need it. I don't use it anymore.

One of our client's dog ate their T3!! I have kept it as a warning to all other clients that the remote is not dog proof.
