Has anyone experienced the T2C turning off? Meaning the remote goes dark, screen turns off, remote doesn't responed to hard button commands or pushing on the screen.

Only way to bring the remote back is to open the battery compartment and turn the switch off and then back on.

I've had this happen to my personal T2C and a clients...

Anyone else experience this?

See my post: [Link: remotecentral.com]

I am sending the defective units back to RTI directly. the serial # were only 3 digits apart, they end with 7076 & 7079.

They were part of the 2nd batch released at the end of April.
