May i also join the above ranks that clamor for this firmware fix? Spent hours yesterday connected via hyper terminal to an LC46d92U fruitlessly trying to get it to turn on...

FASTLs,
I too would be very grateful if you would please share with me the fix. I have spent almost an hour on the phone to no avail other than "you should hear from us in one to two days"!
If you are ever in San Diego, I'll buy you a tall cool one!
