Sent the file to RTI but they said It was hosed.

I was busy building a TV channel page. I was missing logo's so I would create them real quick and then copy them to the bitmap directory. Since there is no way to refresh the bitmaps, inside of the theatertouch software, I was saving the file and closing and then opening back up again. I guess one time I thought I closed the file and I then doubleclicked the theatertouch software again.

I did not see the project listed under the file menu, like normal, so I did file open and then double clicked it to open and got a message that this file is already open. I then switched over to the open version of the theatertouch software and tried to save and close and it just hung their. I ended up getting an application error and the rest is history.

That sucks that you lost the file. Hopefully you have a backup of the file so you don't have to redo the entire project.

If you uploaded it to the remote, you can go to communications.., receive from device..., and you should be able to recover most of the project.
