Who is telling the truth here? Reading all of these posts in the forum and talking to other friends in other forum's-"Sorry Daniel" someone is passing the buck. Bill E. Say's he is authorized internet dealer & there is the sponser of the contest prizes who sell's the RTI.
Why the pissing match? This bill guy is everywhere defending himself to the death that he is authorized to sell the RTI's on the internet.
Than we have etronixs.com who has been quiet in the forum's lately- not defending, or speaking out. Where did eric go? Too good for us.
What Gives? Let's see a post from RTI?

Since I'm not affiliated with RTI, I have no knowledge of nor could comment on what is being said... it's not my position.
However, how did this thread go from remote suggestions to where to (or not to) buy?
