As I said on an earlier thread, I don't think there is an authorized web dealer of RTI products. I am a licensed dealer of home automation products and buy through my authorized distributors. Units come with warrantees. I am in discussion with RTI about their web sales and trying to become listed on RTI's web site as where to buy. RTI is currently assessing the web situation and are to let me know what they want me to do early next week, they did not ask me to discontinue selling their products.
They make an extremely functional well made product, and their experience designing remotes for high-end audio manufacturer Lexicon really shows. I hope to continue offering their product, but understandably it will most likely be at a higher price. I will abide by what RTI decides, as I would not want to risk my good standing with my distributors by getting a manufacturer upset with me. Again get them while you can.
