Any of you guys take advantage of this yet?

I just sent in a pretty big order... been saving for a while. I was just wondering how long it took to get your stuff.

For those of you out there in RC land that aren't dealers... don't ask... it's our little secret/perk and we aren't sharing. ;-)

Just got my T3. Already had a T2+. Took a week or so both times.

LOVE the T3! (Although I havent had a chance to "field test" it yet.) I anticipate some issues w the lack of hard buttons, esp for DVR. Cant help but think of my old TSU 2000, holding it in front of me pointing at the TV, hunting and pecking like a PC keyboard:)
No, I wont install your plasma with an orange extension cord hanging down the wall.

I dont know about the service you use, but with comcast, the dvr functions are also accessible on the dpad when watching a recorded program, or on demand, so the hard button issue is a non-issue for me.

So.....you still get the bucks no matter who you buy it for. Unless you bought it on the special.

That's basically what I'm doing. I placed an order for the stuff I want, and part of the stuff for our head installer... as we get more points, they will get more stuff. I figure because I'm the one that keeps track of all of it, and puts everything together... not to mention sells alot of it and programs ALL of it, I get mine first. :-)

I hear you... what I did wasw I had to buy the T3 and RP-6 on my own dime from A%#D. Only way I could get osme quality playtime with it. Like the product... not in love with the edit suit yet. If the new software fixes all my issues... that would be sweet!

Plus it would be nice to get a free something with every so many sales. I think I have done like 300 or so Prontos with the RFX. It would have been nice to get a free Pronto... nothing. Now if / when I can do a T3 like I can do a TSU7500. Well I will not pay for RTI for me again. Maybe even get the goofy chair to sit in while I work!

I just received a T3 an RP-6 and an RM433 through the control bucks program, took over a month from the time I turned in the bucks for them to send everything.

I think all the special accommodations were handled at the same time, this week. Mine was from early January, and after calling, that's what they told me. No complaints! They really are good to their dealers!
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
