Hi all

Maybe you had similar problem and you can help me out ?
I am more than beginner here but I am learning.
My problem:
I have a Cyrus tuner which works only with remote and the latter is lost!
I bought a One for all URC-1210 (because I know it works with this model).
I have all RC-5 code for the tuner but I don't understand how to program it whit the remote.
I do understand that I have to press "magic/setup" button, it blinks twice and then...
But I missing the big picture...
I think I have to recreate one by one all functions and assign it to a button on the remote (because my tuner is not listed and pre-recorded on the one known by the URC-1210), correct ?
But how to start with ?
e.g. I want to assign the volume-up (code rc-5 = 16) to the volume touch of my RC.

Thanks a lot

Laurent

Hi all,

for the one interested in, here is the answer.

I did it with the very valuable help of Rob (The Robman) without him it wouldn't have been possible!

I have corrected the EFC code for the Cyrus and wrote a tutorial avaiable for everyone. Just let me know how to share it if interested.

Ok, the tabulation presention above are just a mess...

first 2-digit are IRC-5
then 5-digit are EFC code
and last is the Cyrus function

i.e the last line in the table is:

IRC5 EFC Cyrus Function
63 00018 Standby

Cheers

Laurent
