I have posted all info to upload my new PCF File with a panel for Mouse Movement and a close button amoung other things, and After filling out the form to upload, it said to wait for an email to finish.
Either I never got the email or it went into my spam bucket and is gone forever. How do I get Remote Central to resend the upload instructions if it did go into the spam bucket or if do I still need to wait more that the 2 weeks or so I have waited so far?

So you're waiting for the email that asks you to reply with the file? Those are sent out instantly; if it didn't come it isn't going to at this point.
I do have a backup of the form you had filled out, if re-typing it was your concern:

[Description] My TSU7000 uses learned keys from the Microsoft Keyboard, all of the individual system remotes including the Microsoft Remote and one additional remote that allows 8 direction Mouse Movements and the much desired "close" button.
Please note that in order to make this work right, you must purchase the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse and the USB IR Dongle that comes with it and the Mouse Remote (B001M56DI0) and the USB IR Dongle that comes with it. (Approx $22.00) [Link: amazon.com]
