Hey guys,

I have a AV receiver which features 3 component inputs, but only 1 component output.
My question is how do I hookup both my plasma and projector taking advantaging of component? Is my only choice to run one of them using Svideo, or is there a way to use both my projector and plasma without having to manually change the cables, or use of a crude av switcher (which sort of defeats the whole purpose of using an AV receiver as a the central switching device:)
Thanks heaps

Whats your total situation? Are you wanting zone 2 video? Plasma in master? Are both pieces of video for critical viewing? It may not be as big a problem as you think.

Hi,
Thanks for response's. I will have the plasma and projector in the same room. Plasma will be used during day to day viewing, with the projector used for movie nights etc. So will not require both to run at same time, just don't want to have to manually change cable's or use a basic manual switch box.
Thanks heaps, all your opinions highly valued as always.
