can some one help please??
i have a sony surround rec ( sony str-k740p) and we moved the other day and now my remote don't work for some reason ,i change batters twice,, i know once it did this and i unpluged it for a while and it was ok ,, not now i unpluged for a day or longer and still nothing anyone know anyting to help

I had the exact same thing. With me it probably was the cleaning lady.
I've solved it by playing around with some buttons on the left side, "dimmer" and "display", then it worked again. Pridy strange if you ask me!
