Not one of you specifically answered the cable box question.
Are you Lifestyle 28 owners?

Dear Mr. Bose Dealer,

You are posting a message here because Bose tech support couldn't answer your simple question. The answer is no. It doesn't run much of anything.

Integration? You kidding? At over 65 price fixed points, let's not confuse the issue with facts and details. Just keep selling Bose and laugh all the way to the bank.

Multiroom? A joke. You MUST use their goofy remote. Bose has no Zone 2 remote codes to integrate into a real universal remote. None.

Truth is, most people don't know good quality sound - ever - (check out Paul Harvey's hearing aids). But the price and the worthless features, reliability and convuluded integrated mess compared to honest quality. It's a good installer's nightmare as well. C'mon.

Do I own a Lifestyle 28? No. I've had the displeasure of connecting many Bose wizzer cone systems including the 28. Why in the world would I want a Bose anything if I owned a real entertainment system? Yes, I sell what I own.

Our little joke is that if any low budget system out there even makes noise once connected we deem it a "Bose killer".

ok, I'm done. I feel better now.
