That TV does not support cable card, that is a european card that does not work here. You will need a cable box. Good luck

Hi Peoples, yes im from Sydney, bondi beach ! im new to the whole hi fi industry and have been installing totally hi end $100 000 plus systems. i have always had a keen interest in learning about all there is to know regarding hi fi. i like this and spend alot of time just reading what alot of other people have to say (am finding its a great place to learn) actually i have a tone of questions and am not really sure in what order to ask them, like today i heard the term "standing wave mentioned" aparently speakers in the kitchen and speakers in the living room, due to their peculiar proximity and tiled floor made the sound in both rooms terrible. the conversation with the client revolved around a discussion of standing waves and how to fix the problem. was this a correct use of the term? i consulted my technical dictionary but it might as well have been in chinese :)
