I would NOT recommend this one. Use component

Then you missed the whole point of his post....... He needs COMPOSITE AND COMPONENT output smultaneously. This CANNOT be done if you go Component into the Z9.

Anyone know how to get 9.1 out of the Z9? This is my first high quality receiver and I had my room set up with the 9 speakers (including the two presence speakers and dual rears) that are hooked up to it. But the manual doesn't mention 9.1. I jave read elsewhere that the only way to get 9.1 was to be in Cinema mode (Sci-fi, Adventure, etc.) but those are listed in the manual as for 2 channel sound input, not multi-channel (DD 5.1) input. What settings would I need to get 9.1 from a DD 5.1 input?

Thank you in advance.
