Patric ,
I have had a TW40F90 for 2 years with no problems. It depends on the price and your equipment as to whether it is your best choice. In My opinion it is the best small projection tv yet. There may be a new progressive scan Toshiba which would look better with a prog. scan DVD player, but that would probably be 3X the cost. give me more details and I will tell you more. It was voted the best projection tv of the year in Home Theater in late 97 or early 98.

This is a steal. Don't worry about high definition yet, unless you have cash to spare. Anamorphic DVD viewing is great in widescreen. Once you have it
you will never go back.

Well, I purchased mine through a place called Precision Video out in L.A. (I'm in Missouri). I found them on ebay. Their ebay user name is precisionvideo. Check them out, they've always got auctions going.

Great Deal on a Great TV. I have the TW56X81 but did look at the 40. For that price it certainly is worth it.
BUT, you tend not to get anything for free or close to free. BE CAREFUL.,
