I have 2 carver cmf35's that do not have ir remote capability, just an on/off button. I would like to control them via remote if at all possible instead of having to actually get up off the couch and manually press the on/off button! Was thinking maybe x-10 plug in's but I'm thinking that might cause power spikes??
Does anybody out there know any possible solutions...
Thanks...
John

I have used x-10 on my older receivers with no problem, no popping or power problems that I can notice.
