Just confirming: Are you using the factory remote that came with the unit?

I would ask your question in the Toshiba forum on Home Theater Spot: [Link: hometheaterspot.com]This message was edited by Andrea Whitlock on 04/23/02 01:27.24.

I have no idea to be honest on a Toshiba but you may be looking in the wrong place. Try looking in the on board menu of the TV itself. The reason I say this is on some electronics take a Dishnetwork IRD for instance you can go in the setup menu and choose ascending or descending on the channel up and down buttons. Maybe your TV has something like that? If not I would just call Toshiba.
