I am looking for a Low High-end speaker system or a High low-end speaker system for my Sony STR DE-975. I have a dvd player and an X-box connected via optical TOS link and RCA connectors for everything else.
I wondered if anyone has ideas about great stuff i might not know about?

Energy Speakers are pretty close to being the best set of 5.1s you can buy these days for the price. What, $850 for all speakers and a sub? And they sound incredible, especially on a receiver like the DE-975.
