Which speakers would you recommend for Denon AVR5700? Looking for suggestions on wallmounted satellite speakers. Does BoseAM15 sound well?

The Denon is a healthy receiver and deserves better than wallmounts or Bose. I have Martin-Logan Aerius electrostatics ($2500/pr)with my AVR3300 and you can't get much better music than that combo. If you haven't tried electrostatics, find a dealer and give a listen...you may convert.

Muki why would you ever consider Bose speakers after spending so much on your Denon?

The Martin Logan's are an excellent match and depending on your price limit you might also want to consider the B&W speakers 800 series speakers. there website is www.bwspeakers.com

good luck! and happy listening!

OK, will check out the suggestions. Has anyone reported good experience with Gekko 6-speaker package with AVR5700?

Muki,
Sounds to me that you have plenty of room for electronics, but no room for speakers!! If you were searching for Bose and Gekko speakers, you are definitely thinking small package.
Martin Logans and B&W 800 series are excellent speaker choices (I personally would not match the Logans with any Denon piece)they are very very large speakers!
What it seems that you are suggesting would be some high quality satellite speakers that can resolve the power of the receiver.
Muki, I have two suggestions for you. First, go and have an audition of the new Boston Acoustics VRM50's and VRM60's. They are Boston's newest high end minimonitors. Yes, they are still bigger than the Bose or the Gallo's, but the sound is of no compare. Imaging and soundstage is superb for such small speakers, and the best part is that if you get a pair of Pivotelli wall mount speaker brackets (they clamp the speakers on the bottom so you don't have to drill into them) they look beautiful suspended. They come is a very nice red ash wood veneer.
If these speakers are even too big, then there is only one other solution. Inwall speakers. The only pair that you even need to think about are the the B&W Signature 7's. The best inwall on the market for sound, period.
Muki, if you are interested anything mentioned, please feel free to email me. Thanks.

I Have the Atlantic Technology system 370THX with my AVR-5700 and I love it. You mign want to look at their system 270, they sounded real nice and they are pretty small. might be just what you are looking for.

Try any of the Monitor Audio speakers. They have just come out with a home theater mini-system but I haven't heard it yet. Every speaker they make sounds excellent and are a great value.I have enjoyed my MA 1200"s for many years.

I have an AVR5700 and have it mated with Definitive Technology BP2000TL's, CLR3000 center, and BPX surrounds.... It is both very musical and REALLY gets down with Dolby Digital and DTS.... But space will definately be a concern... these are BIG speakers.
