Just bought the Sony CDP-CE575 5-Disc CD-Player.
I was hoping someone could give me some insight as to how to get CD-Text onto a CDR (MP3 files converted to CD-Audio, then burned to CDR) so that my CD-Player will read the text and display it.
thanks for any info!

Don't you lose CD-text when converting to MP3 and back? Otherwise, you just need a CDR burner that is capable of encoding the text. Check the specs, I know about half of the home audio versions do this, not sure about computer burners but I would think so. I don't know if Text comes through MP3s, but some burners you can type in your own. Tedious, but gets it done.
Why are you converting MP3 files to CD-Audio? Isn't that defeating the purpose of small files without giving you any better sound? I would say exchange to a CD player that can handle MP3s instead.

Hi Namuna,
Rename the MP3 tracks as you want (Look at freedb.org for a exact naming). Convert the MP3 to Wavs and then try to burn the CD with Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0. This program adds CD-Text Info of the tracks.
Rodrigo.
