My home theater is about 13' wide by 11' deep. I'd love to get a larger TV to use instead of my Toshiba 32". I'm looking for ideas on what size and brand of set would work best. I don't want a 55" monster dominating the room, as the viewing area is about 7' away from the screen. I watch a variety of sources: cable, DBS, DVD, Playstation. I've seen the Sony 43" set, and it looks pretty good. I found a place where I can get one for $1359 delivered. Any opinions? Chester

Look into the TOSHIBA Theatre Wide 40`` rear projection unit. It is only around 12`` deep!!!! Its 40`` 16X9 Ratio is what a true home theatre needs. I have one of these units in my small theatre room which is 12 X 16. It is a little more pricey though! Around $3000.00 for the new model. The reason being is that it is HDTV ready. Other features are twin tuner pNp, split screen pOp, s-video, composite, and component inputs. If interested in a lower priced used one contact me. I will upgrade to the new one.
