Hi Eric, I disagree with the comments made by John Chao, no disrespect to the guy, but if that's his opinion so be it.I work in the Home Cinema Industry and will say this about M&K.. A great small speaker package capable of great dynamics and realism. A hurdle for sub-sat systems to overcome is the seamless intergration between the sub and the little satelittes. The M&K system is definetely one of the best. But for my money the best way to spend is to buy "Full Range"..Buy the biggest speaker system you can and a really good sub. But be careful, go listen to them with a movie and music disc you know well. I run KEF Reference Model 3 and Centre 200 at the front and Model 1 at the back. My sub is a REL Stentor. But be prepared to buy serious amplification as well else all the potential is nigh on lost. Johns recommendation is a good place to start, although I would have chosen, depending on your room size, 603S2, CC6S2, 601/602S2 for the rear. Plus a good REL Sub..

Cheers Matt
