Hi, I just bought the Sony RMVL610 Universal remote. The reason that I bought this remote was so that I can use it on my RCA Television, my Cable Box and my home amplifier.
It works great with the T.V. and the Cable Box, but it doesn't work with my Sony STR-DG720 Home Amplifier.
It only turns on the amplifier and tunes up and down the volume. I need it to do the internal controlling stuff as well. What I mean is that I want it to be able to tune up individual speaker channels and as well do other audio configurations.
I bought my amplifier refurbished and it did not come with a remote, hence the reason why I bought this Universal Remote.
Kindly help me out.
