This is the remote that came with my Sony receiver (STR-DN1000). It works great with the receiver and the Sony TV, but it's supposed to be programmable to work with my Comcast DVR (Scientific Atlanta RNG200) but I've followed the instructions in the receiver manual multiple times and have been unable to get it to work with the Comcast box. Does anyone have any suggestions, including maybe the instructions in the manual aren't correct?
