Any inexpensive universal or otherwise compatible remote available for this model?

Use Setup code Video 0864 (20864 in remotes that need a 5 digit setup code)
RCA RCRP05B
OneForAll URC-8820/10820/9960
Radio Shack 15-100/13//134/135/2138/2144
Comcast DVR remotes
Atlas remotes used by many cable companies
Cox 7820B
Vizio VUR8 or 67000
The above remotes will provide most of the usual functions out of the box, but can be programmed to provide any function of the DVD/VCR
Use setup code 10864 with the Sony RM-VLZ620
It is likely that other Sony (e.g. RM-Vl600) will work. These remotes will provide the usual functions.
