Hello. We have been using our VV2500 for a while and really like it. The other day, the LCD screen got cracked and now there is a large black blob in the middle of the display. Where can I order a replacement part (The LCD)? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sony Parts *might* have it. However it's almost certainly going to run for more than the cost of an entire replacement remote (ie. the bottom half of the plastic case for the RM-AV3000 was like $90). So... probably your best bet is ebay.

Sony never had a spare part for this model. all that is available is the manual and battery cover

Okay. Thanks! I will just look on eBay for a whole new remote, that should make things easier. All I saw from Sony was the Battery cover and manuals. Thanks again.
