I have a receiver that has a Power ON button AND a Power OFF button on the remote. Is there a way to program the AV2000 to alternate between signals so that the Power button can alternate between the 2 frequencies?

The AV2000 only has a "POWER" button, and there's no way to program two signals to it. However, you could always use one of the macro buttons for System On, and another for System Off. Most receivers with specific ON and OFF buttons also have a standard Toggle button that may not be reproduced on your remote - perhaps this is pre-programmed.

I know this is the case with my Sony GA8ES. To turn the system on, you push a component button, which turns the system on to that component. To turn it off, you press the OFF button. There was no generic ON button. However, the AV2000 came programmed with a toggle button that would simply turn the system on to the last component, and also turn it off.
