I have a RM-LG112 Remote and want to control both my TIVO and High def receiver. Is there a way to program it for this? If so, please help.

Here's a reply I posted in another thread, adapted for your question.

There are no codes for HDTV receivers, and probably none for TIVO, so you can't program for it.

But this is a learning remote. If you have the original remote, you can learn the commands from it.

The RM-LG112 is more versatile than most original equipment remotes. You can even program macros on it.

I don't know what the learning capacity of the LG112 is so you may not be able to learn everything you need, but it's worth a try. Sony remotes with learning capabilities usually have a generous storage capacity.
