Hi, my first post on the forums, though I've used the site for information on remotes for some time.
I have the RM-LJ302 remote commander, but the tiny piece of plastic on the front flap which switches the small button that lets the remote know that the flap is closed has broken off (my fault for letting the kids use it :-( ). This means that some of the functions just don't work unless you use a pencil to press the tiny button, and squint to see which of the underlying buttons correspond to the ones on the flap.
The flap itself is otherwise fine, so if there's a way of sticking something to it to engage the button, that might work, but I can't think of a secure way to do that for something so small that's going to be continually under stress.
Has anyone found a fix for this, short of buying a replacement (I am currently thinking about getting an MX-500)?
