I've been using a VL-900 for years, buying them when I can find them. I was very excited by the VL-610 as it looks like a good replacement...

Problem: For a remote with DVR purpose, why are the transport buttons at the bottom of the remote. I use pause, skip, etc more than any other buttons and it is impossible to hold the remote in my right hand and use these buttons with the index finger as I could with the VL-900. Why put these buttons at the bottom of the remote!

Is it just me? I hardly use the volume, channel and number buttons.

Just ranting... Anyone have any advice? Thanks!
