It seems that the best price around for the AV2000 is $124.95 at Computability. Is this the best bet?

That was the best price I could find. Purchased mine yesterday, they said it be waiting for me when I get home from work today.

Computability is out of stock right now. I called J & R music (jandr.com) and they will match or beat other offers! They gave it to me for $120 + shipping ($6)!

Just 10 mins ago, I bought one from J&R Music for $110 total (inc s+h)! Didn't think it could be done, but I got one! Good luck.

J,
what a deal at $110 including s&h. I called J&R right away but without an order number to confirm your price I had to pay $119.99 + $6.00 s&h. That's still a great price. For anyone else interested just tell J&R that Computability has it for $124.95 and you should get it for $119.99! Can anyone else beat that price?

Do you think I could still price match against Computablilty today? It's Nov. 29... Can't find a Computability website to confirm the price...

Miles, try www.computability.com. If you can't reach the site, see if you can get a phone number for them. Somewhere else on this site someone has listed the item number and price - that should be good enough for J and R to beat the price. Good luck. J.Rivera

I called J&R today (12/16/98). Their current price is $149.00 for the remote. However, when I mentioned that I was refered to their site via an Internet forum that had people purchasing it from them (J&R) for $119.00, I was told they would honor that price. Maybe I got lucky. I paid $179.00 at my local A/V store, so I'm going to return it in the next few days, and buy from J&R.
