Hi,

I have the AV3000 and just got the HR10-250 and installed it next to my existing HDVR2. I switched the HDVR2 to address 2 and the HR10-250 to address 1 and then manually learned all the buttons for both under STB for the HR10-250 and VCR for the HDVR2. My problem is that now the commands sent to either box seem delayed now. When I hit the fast forward button three times to go to full speed, I need to pause now inbetween each button press or the unit won't recognize it. Also, when I tried to do a channel macro, for example for channel 73, the unit receives 777333. It was working fine before using address 0 on both units. I don't think that the TiVo peanut remote is exhibiting the same issue, but I will have to double check that this evening. Also, when I tried to do a channel macro, for example for channel 73, the unit receives 777333 when I hit the channel macro button that was programmed. Any ideas on why this slow down occured, or a possible way to remedy it?

You need to relearn the commands, and be sure to hold the button down on the original remote until the 3000 beeps. This is the most common cause of your problem.

If this doesn't work, try a short press of the button. One of these should eliminate the problem.
