My 2-Way IR Remote Commander for the Sony Receiver ST-DE975 is not being detected by the AX4000.
In Learn mode, I press & hold the 'System' Power button (not AV power button) but it fails to get the code.
Any suggestions or work arounds other having to learn each button sequentially(there's a lot of buttons on that remote) would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem, have you tried skipping learning the power button and tried another button. I found thaton a coupleof my remotes I had to use a button other than the power button for the AX4000 to "see" the remote and get the code.
