I happened to change the command code on my GX7 by accident from 3 (default) to 1 and the result was that the remote control no longer works. How do I set the GX7 recorder back to command code 3 ?

See page 13 of the manual. Slide the cover of the remote down and you will see a slide switch. Move it to the command mode you want to set.

If you need to change the command mode on the receiver, go to page 99 for the options setting procedures.
