I don't have my remote yet but I'm definatly looking into buying one. However I'm alittle skepticle about the compatibility of the product. I have a remote sensor lighing dimmer in my room and I'm just wondering how's the learn function on the sony remote. Will it be able to learn a variety of commands from different remotes around my house.

Yes that wont be a problem.
It does work with my futronics light dimmer.
