I JUST ORDERED THE AV2000 FROM COMPUTABILITY.. i THINK THE THING IS BROKEN... (I HOPE ANYWAY!) I HAVE A SONY TV, SO IT IS PRE-PROGRAMMED FOR IT.... BUT IF I PUSH THE POWER BUTTON THE REMOTE FREZZES UP!! I HAVE TO TAKE THE BATTERIES OUT TO GET THE THING TO WORK!! I CALLED SONY... THEY KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT IT...TOLD ME THAT I KNOW MORE ABOUT THEN THEY DO...THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME TOMORROW WITH AN ANSWER....ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM....ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP!!!!

Obviously this isn't the way it should work. It sounds like it's defective - Dead On Arrival. Get an exchange from the place you purchased it.
