Can anyone help me with a problem
The RM-AV2000 has the ability to learn the functions of 12 units.33 Touch buttons can be programmed. Is it 33 touch buttons in total, or 33 per screen,ie: 33 amp fuctions,33 tv fuctions.
I am alittle confused. Is the Marantz RC2000 a better unit.

It's 33 buttons per each of the 12 devices, but you're going to run out of memory if you're trying to learn EVERYTHING. The idea is to use pre-programmed codes for as much as possible, then fill in holes and uncovered devices with the learning feature.

Thanks for the help Daniel.
Would you say the sony RM-AV2000 is a more versatile remote than the Marantz RC2000 and offers more specific direct function programming.
Could anyone comment.
