I have a 2100, and it works great with all my equipment, Sony and others (Pioneer, Oanasonic and TiVo). I have posted questions to this forum under the name 'X-Man' asking about control of two Sony VCR's discretely. Answer was it can't be done.

Please put me in for a shirt!

Getting true learning remotes is getting difficult.
All the old cheap standbys, like one for all, and Radio Shack, now have "smart", but NOT learning remotes. eBay is iffy for used ones.
I discovered the Sony RMAV2100 at a local stereo shop.
Did research on the net, including this site, and decided it was worth a try. GOT IT! Works great!
Replaced 9 remotes! The Sony is very flexible. But one thing I discovered, to read the LCD display I need my reading glasses. But it lights up, and that makes up for it.
Great product!

Put me in for a shirt! I counted replies and they are under 100 limit. Thanks!

So what's up - I sent an attachment of a scan of my sales reciept and immediately for a email saying the attachment didn't arrive properly.

So I re-sent it again in another format. Since doing this I haven't recieved any emails or notices if it got through or didn't. I sent it a 2nd time a few days later and still no reply or word if it got through or didn't.

If your email doesn't handle attachments properly I can upload the gif file of the scan and give a URL to it where you can grab/view it. I send/recieve hundreds of megs of attachments each month - the ones I sent of the sales reciept shouldn't be able problem.

At any rate - would be nice to hear if it got through before 100 people respond. HELP?

Basically, if you don't hear from me everything is OK. Things are based on the order of posts in this forum; if I don't get enough information you'll get an email. So far there's still room on the list.

If I counted right, I would be number 95 to ask for a shirt. So please send me an XXL if you got one, and if not an XL will do just fine! I will scan my AV2100 receipt at work, and email it tomorrow. Wow...Thanks

PS, thanks for whoever posted the info about being able to learn more than one function into a single LCD key. I have successfully programmed up to 4 separate functions from 2 remotes into one key! Totally cool!

Daniel, I did hear from you saying the attachment was no good, so I sent it again twice - but didn't hear if it was ok or still bad? So not hearing isn't good - I'd hate to miss out due to some dumb attachment problem. - I'd really like a 2100 shirt... XL
or L as was applied for quite a while ago. (please let me know if I'm on your list. THANKS
I love my 2100!!!!
