I'm am current C-Band user wanting to switch to DirecTv/Dish Network. I received a flyer from Superstar/Netlink/TurnerVision offering a Dish 500 system, installation, and $100 off a 1-year prepaid subscription. Is this a good deal? Has anybody had any dealings with them?
Any input appreciated...

Your best bet would be to contact a local dealer. Try going to [Link: psda.org] If you cannot find a retailer close to you by using this lookup, email me and I can try to help you locate a qualified dealer in your area.

Thanks for the reply, but there are none anywhere near me on that link. I've talked to Circuit City/HH Greg/Radio Shack/etc. , but none can offer as good of a deal. I've heard some install horror stories and am a little leary anyway.
