Can anyone tell me what the D-Sub15 output on the back of my Sat Receiver is for? I noticed my new TV has the same input.

Hi Kelly,

Depending on the receiver you have, it should produce at least 480p. If you have a set that accepts this signal, then you can simply connect it to your set via the VGA port and you're set.
