So watching the last tech forum on dish network when they announced the PVR 501, they mentioned about a model 701 expected out 4th quarter which was a two tuner PVR receiver. On the latest charlie chat, someone asked about the 701 and charlie mentioned that it was actually the 721, and he mentioned nothing about a PVR but that it had a high speed modem to be used with DSL in it. Anyone hear anything on this at all. I know Dish Net is known for talking about products early then never coming through with them on time.

From what I could make out on the information poster seems like it will be very cool. Two tuner receiver with PIP options, record two programs on to the harddrive at one time. Also has a modem, I guess kind of like the dishplayer, except it supposedly will also support dsl, and you can use any ISP.
Hopefully they can get it out by Christmas, I'm sure it will have some bugs, but its what I have been waiting for. I'm sure I will need to get another LNB output to the receiver to support the 2 tuners.
