I have a mitsubishi ws73903, I have yet to watch aany Hdtv programing on it. Finally satellite is available for my pocket and after reading an article from mitsubishi I see that in order to see Hdtv in my "old" television I need to purchase this "box Converter" RGB-CV10 does anyone knows if this device is nessesary with all satellite receivers when you use my tv. Is anyone currently watching Hdtv on a Mits WS73903?

you don't need their stupid box. You will need to go into the service mode to disable auto detect HD as you presently can't get to the DTV input

There is a hidden control panel that allows you to set up the HD input, which is unavailable as it comes from the factory. Unfortunately, I can't remember what it is, as I did it on my 65903 a long time ago.
With the input enabled, I can watch HDTV from a Unity Motion receiver, which will also accept OTA HD broadcasts if you have them locally (I think a Dish 6000 can too). There are no local stations here at all so I use only satellite, one Canadian DSS and a C-band dish as well.
I also watch HD from a Starchoice receiver and a 4dtv receiver through the Motorola HDD-200.

Go to hometheaterspot.com and look under Mitsubishi they have the service menu code for your 03 series tv to get it to accept the HDTV signal
