Does anyone out there know if a hidden ir code exists to switch to the HDTV (VGA) out on the new RCA DTC100 Satellite receiver? It appears that RCA thinks we can get up and go to the receiver to perform this function.

I agree! I have been trying in vain to find the discreet codes for that and Ant A, Ant B and Input. What I did in the meantime was create a screen that allows me to switch modes

What does that mean a screen that allows switch modes? Does that mean you hacked around a way to switch from hd to standard? Where's that CCF?

Basically I just created a page that, while not perfect, presses all the correct buttons/sends the IR codes in sequence to change modes. i.e. no hacking and frankly it works only marginally well though is the only solution until discrete codes are found.. . I have submitted my CCF to Daniel though no word on whether he will be posting it or not. I can send to you if you want. e-mail me if so

On either Remote Central or the Pronto web pages, there is a ccf posted with the ir code for the HD button, required to access the HDTV functions. Why this is not on the remote, i have not a clue. But I just tested it and it does work.
