that is the one hang up that keeps me from buying a satelite. I want to be able to watch something different but I am not a couch potato that will pay for cable and DSS both. Anything in the future coming out?

You could always get one of the "dual" receivers - two DSS receivers in one.

Hmm, actually you need to add on a "slave" receiver to an existing one.
