Hi everyone....
I have just purchased an indoor toptronics hd tv digital antenna,
I live in gatineau quebec (hull) I was looking to get free tv channels as I do not have any paid tv service....

I currently have a coax that I stripped 1 foot from one end and have it hooked up to my tv. I get like 6 channels.....woth lots of static...
I tought I would get more channels with an digital antenna, is this possible ??? I read on google online search that some people get like 40 free channels with an antenna??? Can anyone help me get free channels? Or this is as good as it gets??
THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR ANY HELP OR REPLIES

On another note....
THANK YOU TO ALL VETERANS !!!
LEST WE FORGET.

Depends on alot of things. Are you located in an area where your closed in, are you too far away from any broadcasting antenna's. Try placing the antenna near the window and scan to see how many channels you get. Also best place to put the antenna is on the second floor if you have one and the best bet is to have an antenna outdoors.
