Hello,
I would like to know if I should be looking for a direction antenna, like the RCA Yagi or omnidirectional antenna in the Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto?
Thanks in advance,
JP

JP you will have signals from Toronto and Buffalo will be about 90 degrees apart so either choice will be a compromise. The Omni might not get all the Buffalo stations because of weak signals. The yagi at Buffalo might have multipath issues with Toronto.

Thanks rob50312,
Do you think the Omni will still get good signals from the CN Tower and is there a "preferred" make or model that most people go with for an Omni antenna?
Also, Is it possible to install 2 Yagis; one pointing to the CN Tower and the other to Buffalo?

Jp I would try a single yagi mounted outside aimed at buffalo .If Toronto stations are unstable try turning antenna slightly towards CN tower. You can add a second antenna later if needed.

Thanks, I'll try that.
One more question. I've read that I have to point the small end of the Yagi to the station. Does that mean the tip; like the tip of a Christmas tree. Or is the "barbs" along the side of the antenna?
